Joint Entrance Test (JET),Pre-PG & Ph.D. Entrance Examinations-2024(Agriculture University, Jodhpur)
The JET/Pre-PG/Ph.D. Examinations are conducted for admission to different UG & PG DegreeProgrammes in Agriculture and Allied Science offered by State Agriculture/Veterinary Universities ofRajasthan (SKRAU, Bikaner, MPUAT, Udaipur, SKNAU, Jobner, AU, Jodhpur, AU, Kota and RAJUVAS,Bikaner) and private universities (Agriculture Subject only) of Rajasthan State.
JET FEE
Rs. 1600/- + Bank charges (if any), for all
the eligible candidates including those
from outside Rajasthan except
candidates belongs to SC/ST/SAP (40%
and above disability) of Rajasthan.
Rs. 1300/- + Bank charges (if any), for
candidates of SC/ST/SAP (40% and above
disability) of Rajasthan.
Application form fee is to be deposited
online only. This is non-refundable/nontransferable/ non-adjustable in any
case.
PRE PG
Rs. 1600/- + Bank charges (if any), for
all the eligible candidates including
those from outside Rajasthan except
candidates belongs to SC/ST/SAP
(40% and above disability) of
Rajasthan.
Rs. 1300/- + Bank charges (if any), for
candidates of SC/ST/SAP (40% and
above disability) of Rajasthan.
Application form fee is to be
deposited online only. This is nonrefundable/non-transferable/ nonadjustable in any case.
P.HD
Rs. 3700/- + Bank charges(if any), for UR/OBC/MBC/EWS candidatesand Rs. 2500/- + Bankcharges (if any),forSC/ST/SAP (40% and abovedisability) candidates.Amount is to be depositedonline only. This amount isnot refundable/transferable/ adjustable inany case.
The candidate can edit the application form before submission of the online application form fees till prescribeddate, except personal information viz., name, mobile number, email address, other fee related information etc.NO correction will be accepted after submission of online application form fee.
Educational Qualification
JET
The candidates who have passed the
Senior Secondary (10+2) examinations
conducted by the Board of Secondary
Education Rajasthan, Ajmer or any other
Statutory Board or any examinations
recognized equivalent to by the university
in any of the combinations of following
subjects in Science/Agriculture stream
are eligible to appear in JET: • Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
and Mathematics i.e. ABC, PCM, PCB,
PCMB, PCA, etc. • For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy
Technology)/B.Tech. (Food Technology):
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
(PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2
level. • A candidate must have secured at least
50% marks in the aforesaid
examinations (10+2). A relaxation of 5%
will be allowed to candidates belonging
to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy
layer)/MBC/SAP/EWS category. • Candidate with 10+2 Arts and
Commerce stream are not eligible for
JET Examinations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION PRE PG
- A candidate must have secured at least 55% marks or
equivalent OGPA in the four years undergraduate
qualifying degree examinations. A relaxation of 5%marks would be allowed to candidates belonging to
SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer)/ MBC/EWS/SAP
categories. • Candidates who have appeared at any of the aforesaid
qualifying examinations and whose results have not
been declared before the commencement of the PrePG shall provisionally be allowed to appear in the
examination. The result of the examinations i.e.
Degree/Provisional degree and Transcript is essential
at the time of option form filling. • Candidates who have admitted in their UG degree
programme from 2019 onward through JET / National
level-CUET (ICAR)/ State level entrance examination
(Conducted by government body only) are eligible
for Pre-PG Examinations-2024. If candidate having
NO proof about entrance examination for admission
in UG degree programme after year 2019, then
he/she may submit proof/certificate from their
Dean/Registrar/Controller of Examinations of
his/her respective college/university that he/she
has admitted through JET/National level-CUET
(ICAR)/ State level entrance examination
(Conducted by government body only). However,
the candidate who have admitted before 2019 in UG
degree programme are exempted from this
condition. (As per guidelines and order Øekad% i- 3¼2½
f’k{kk&4@2017 dated 18.01.2018 and 05.03.2019
issued by Education Group-IV Department, GoR,
Jaipur)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION P.HD
The candidates who have passed theM.Sc. in therespective subject from any State AgricultureUniversities with 6.5 OGPA or equivalent. Incasedegree awarded below 6.5 OGPA by StateAgriculture Universities, 5% relaxation will beallowed to candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC(Non- creamy layer)/ MBC/SAP/EWS category.• Candidates who have admitted in their PGDegree programme from 2019 onwards throughPre-PG / National level-CUET (ICAR)/ State levelentrance examination (Conducted bygovernment body only) are eligible for Pre-Ph.D.Entrance Examinations-2024. If candidate havingNO proof about entrance examination foradmission in PG degree programme after year2019, then he/she may submit proof/certificatefrom their Dean/Registrar/Controller ofExaminations of his/her respectivecollege/university that he/she has admittedthrough Pre-PG / National level-CUET (ICAR)/State level entrance examination (Conducted bygovernment body only).
